About Course
This leadership and management training course has be designed for people who are in the holding various leadership or aspiring to be in leadership positions in the Educational Institutions in Ghana.
This training is for all school management members( Heads, Assistant Heads , School Counselors, Senior Housemasters/Mistresses, Housemasters / mistresses and Heads of Departments) at the pre-tertiary levels( Primary, Junior High Schools and Senior High Schools) of Ghana Education Service in Ghana as well as GES Staff at the Education Office.
This training is a Rank / Duty Based type and is also opened to teachers with the following ranks : Director II / Rank 7, Deputy Director / Rank 6, Assistant Director 1 / Rank 5,Assistant Director 2 / Rank 4 and PS
The purpose of the training is to expose participants to various theories of motivation and how to apply them at their work place to improve output of work of their staff members.
