About Course
Motivation is very crucial in the life of every individual as well as every institution, particularly educational institutions.
This online course has been designed to equip leaders and yet to be leaders of educational institutions in Ghana the needed skills and strategies they will need in motivating their staff members. The hope is that when their staff members are well motivated at work place it will go a long way to increase the output of work.
The course is structured in the form of Units with their respective sessions. At the end of some units , learners will have some self assessment questions to do. These assessment questions will be use to grade learners if they are offering this course as part of their CPD programme accredited by the National Teaching Council. Before you can take this curse as CPD programme for some points ,you have to register for the programme on your teacher’s portal and also pay a participation fee.

Each unit has its implication for practice.
